Person-Centered Care — Every service plan is built around the individual, not a one-size-fits-all approach.

Culturally Sensitive — Services delivered with respect for each client's background, values, and preferences.

Caregiver Relief — We give primary caregivers the rest and respite they need while their loved one is in trusted hands.

Testimonials

Trusted by Families & Caregivers

"I met Amelia through a co-worker who saw me struggling with the needs of my mom who just recently had a stroke. Immediately among speaking with her she was very loving, sympathetic and proactive with my situation. I am very thankful that our paths crossed and she became an advocate for my mom. I would recommend her to anyone who needs guidance and direction."

"Rophe Healthcare Adult Day Service Center through Amelia Luckie is the definition of compassionate care giving. For the past three years she has treated my dad as if he were her own and has gone above and beyond to make sure my dad is cared for and his needs and wants are satisfied. It can be scary to have someone be a primary caregiver to your parent when you live far away. I can tell you that you can erase any fears and know without a doubt that your loved one is in the best hands possible with Amelia."

Testimonial

"I first met Amelia when she cared for my dad after a hospital stay, more than 3 years ago now. She impressed me then as a very compassionate and caring person. It has turned out to be magnitudes deeper than my initial impressions. She has gone above and beyond the letter of our agreement to support my dad. Her attention to and observations of what will support dad serve him in a profoundly wholistic manner. God bless her!"

No — Rophe Healthcare specializes in non-medical supportive care. We do not provide skilled nursing, medical diagnosis, or administer medications. However, we do assist clients with self-administration of medications using a pill container process, and we actively coordinate referrals to licensed home health providers and therapy services when clinical needs are identified.
Once a referral is received, our care coordination team will conduct a comprehensive assessment of the client's needs, preferences, and goals. From there, we develop an individualized service plan and match the client with trained staff. We maintain open communication with families and care teams throughout the process to ensure a smooth, supportive transition into services.
Yes. We have a dedicated Veteran Assistance Program that helps each veteran coordinate services through the VA Clinics and Hospitals. This includes referrals and resources for housing support, healthcare coordination, and community services. We are committed to honoring those who have served by ensuring they receive the full range of benefits and support available to them.
